一例年十月切支丹両御奉行へ定式御届之御家老中両判之御證文御本紙御国
元ゟ十月始に相廻り候得は御用人中此方立合御家老中前へ指出し両判被相認候

一不時類族生死居所替名相改寺替等有之節は七月ゟ前に候得は七月御届七月ゟ
後に候得は極月御届有之事尤右二季御届之分は御無判之事故御国元ゟ御案紙

一切支丹両御奉行用人共へ進物銘々に手紙指添遣す

公儀宗門御手形取扱
一、例年十月、切支丹両御奉行へ定式の御届けの御家老中両判の御証文について、御本紙が御国元から十月始めに回ってきたならば、御用人中がこちらで立ち合い、御家老中の前へ差し出し、両判を認められること。十月二十日過ぎに両御奉行へ持参すること。大目付中、御作事奉行中である。
一、不時の類族生死・居所替え・名前改め・寺替え等があった節は、七月より前であれば七月に御届け、七月より後であれば極月に御届けがあること。もっとも右の二季の御届けの分は御無判のことゆえ、御国元から御案紙が回り、御本紙は江戸表にて作成されること。右の御使者は御目付が赴くこと。
一、切支丹両御奉行の用人たちへ進物を銘々に手紙を添えて遣わす
一、暑中見舞い：刺鯖十刺ずつ 一、寒中見舞い：雲丹一壺ずつ ただし四合入りの旨

Handling of Official Religious Sect Certificates
Article 1: Every year in October, regarding the official certificates with the joint seals of the senior councilors (karō) for the regular notification to the two Christian magistrates (kirishitan bugyō), when the original document arrives from the domain in early October, the chamberlains (yōnin) shall witness locally, present it before the senior councilors, and have both seals affixed. This shall be brought to the two magistrates after the 20th of October. [This applies to] the senior inspectors (ōmetsuke) and construction magistrates (sakuji-bugyō).
Article 1: When there are unexpected changes among family members such as births, deaths, change of residence, name changes, temple changes, etc., if before July, notification shall be made in July; if after July, notification shall be made in December. However, since these bi-seasonal notifications are without [domain lord's] seal, draft papers are sent from the domain, and the official document is prepared in Edo. For such missions, an inspector (metsuke) shall travel [to deliver them].
Article 1: Gifts shall be sent to the attendants of the two Christian magistrates, each accompanied by a letter:
For summer greetings: ten bundles of pickled mackerel each For winter greetings: one jar of sea urchin each (specifically four-gō capacity)
