一下々出替之儀主人相対にて暇を出候者格別猥に候下ゟ暇を乞候事堅御
　法度候尤置替候共高給無之様に可被召抱候
一公料之儀は不申及御領分之者田地荒引込申度旨願候はゝ其趣承届

現代語訳

奉公人取扱

一、下々の出替の件について、主人との相対で暇を出される者は格別だが、みだりに下の者から暇を乞うことは堅く法度である。もっとも置き替える際も、高給にならないように召し抱えるべきである。

一、公料の件については言うまでもなく、御領分の者で田地が荒れて引き込みたい旨を願い出る場合は、その趣旨を承り届け、暇を遣わすべきである。

一、出替に付き下々が我儘を申し、とりわけ高給を望み、または頭取となって有力者に取り入り、あれこれと妨げを申す者がいる場合は、早々に御目付どもへ相達すべきである。厳しく御吟味を遂げ、御仕置を仰せ付けられる旨である。

右の趣旨を面々の家来へ堅く申し付けるべき旨であるので、その意を得られたい。以上
