Article 1: In addition to the regular regulations, the additional edicts from the Year of the Rabbit are briefly presented before departure from Edo.
Regarding the ceremonial matters for all retainers accompanying the lord during travel, orders are issued through regulations. During previous travels, there was confusion at transport agencies and boat landings, with lower-ranking personnel making excessive remarks and arguments. Such behavior is inappropriate, so order the lower ranks to avoid reckless conduct.
Since inspectors will be stationed at places of confusion, respective supervisors and masters must give strict orders with great care. If anyone disobeys, punishment will be imposed after investigation. Masters will be held responsible for violations. The above.

Oral instruction at Mishima
As previously conveyed orally, riding on horseback or in palanquins in front of lodging and rest area curtains is forbidden.
Regarding attendants' hats, as orally instructed regarding those within the official retinue, lower-ranking personnel and hired workers must not wear tall mountain-style hats. The above.
Inspector
Although this oral edict was issued before departure from Edo, it is heard that some still ride horses in front of the main lodging, and moreover, some within the official retinue are seen wearing tall mountain-style hats, so this oral edict is issued again.

Build an earthwork embankment three shaku high on all sides, erect green bamboo poles one shaku around and three and a half ken in circumference, construct deer fencing bound with bracken rope, and carefully install the barrier signs. This certificate is submitted for future reference.

Article 1: On March 25th, 1st year of Kanpō (1741), during the night lodging of Bishū-no-miya, eight lodging placards from five inns were torn off. When the main lodging reported this and the foot inspectors investigated, the main lodging and the five inn operators had no excuse when the matter was reported for hearing. Since a formal investigation by his lordship's order would be a serious matter, they were ordered to be more careful in the future, and written pledges were obtained from the five inn operators, concluding the matter.
