【本文】
一筆申し上げます。
将軍様におかれましてはますますご機嫌よくお過ごしになられており、ご安心ください。そちら様におかれましても別段変わりなく、ご自身のご気分も回復に向かっているとのこと、まことに喜ばしく存じます。
だんだんと暑さも厳しくなってまいりますので、油断なさらずご養生なさるようお願いいたします。見舞いのためこのように申し上げます。
こちらでご用事がございましたら、お申し聞かせください。
恐れ謹んで申し上げます。
