堀江・猫実では海嘯（津波）により人家の流失が多かったということで、三崎辺りも同様だという。
御城内は格別な損傷はなかったが、御門々は地震の御修復が出来上がらない前に大破損があった。半蔵御門は御修復中に大破し、渡り櫓がねじれて落ちた。この御門内では大木の松が多く折れた。御城内の御普請小屋は皆倒れて損傷した。鍛冶橋外、常盤橋外の番所が潰れた。
二十六日朝、紅葉山の樹上から烏が五十羽ほど落ちて死んだ。
飯田町続きの蕃書調所が潰れた。九段坂下の竹元某殿が大破した。
小川町の武家方は地震の時に残ったものも、今度は吹き倒された分が多い。
半蔵御門内隅の番所で潰れた所があり、添番一人、中間二人が即死した。

神田明神の神主芝崎氏の仮玄関は破損箇所が多く、額堂の瓦が落ち、樹木が折れた。
湯島天満宮では銅鳥居と神楽堂が倒れた。東叡山では大木数本が折れた。
下谷金杉村では潰れた家から出火した。浅草日輪寺内でも同じく出火した。
吉原京町一丁目の某の家が潰れて出火し、二棟が焼けた。
今夜、雨中で潰れた家から出火が起こって類焼が数件に及んだものがある。芝片門前一丁目で吉兵衛の店を借りて版木を彫ることを業としていた源兵衛の宅が潰れたことから出火して、神明町・三島町・宇田川町《いずれも西手である》に及んだ。火元の主人は辛うじて逃れたが、妻子《子供三人がおり、合わせて四人が死亡》は潰れた家の下敷きになって亡くなったということで、悲しむべきことである。
市谷の尾州侯藩邸内で出火があった。この他、小さな出火は所々にあったということである。

At Kanda Myojin, the temporary entrance of head priest Shibasaki had many damaged areas, tiles fell from the gaku-do (tablet hall), and trees were broken.
At Yushima Tenmangu, the bronze torii and kagura-do (sacred dance hall) collapsed. Several large trees at Toeizan broke.
In Shimotan Kanasugi village, fire broke out from a collapsed house. Fire also broke out within Nichirin-ji Temple in Asakusa.
In Yoshiwara Kyo-machi 1-chome, someone's house collapsed and caught fire, burning two buildings.

At Shiba Katamonzen 1-chome, fire broke out from the collapsed house of Genbei, who rented Kichibei's shop and made his living carving printing blocks, spreading to Shinmei-cho, Mishima-cho, and Udagawa-cho {{all on the west side}}. The owner of the fire source barely escaped, but his wife and children {{there were three children, four people in total died}} died trapped under the collapsed house, which is truly lamentable.
There was a fire within the Bishu lord's domain residence in Ichigaya. Besides this, there were small fires in various places.
