色と香りのある花は雨にも耐えかねるが、緑の松は常に変わらないものである
慎本（しんほん） 根本を大切にすること
惜しいことに身の神（心神）と精（精気）とを同じように、慎む人に知らせたいものだ
懲悪（ちょうあく） 悪を懲らしめること
滅びたのも積もった驕りの鏡であると、皆身の杖に代えて見返してみよう
耗声（こうせい） 声を使い過ぎること
法を説き、節をつけて歌い、物語をすることも、それが過ぎれば肺の気が乾いてしまう
