一寛文十戌年十一月拾七歳ニ而
石彦様御小姓ニ被 召出候御切符重四
両四人扶持被下置候事
一同十一亥年五月
石彦様御参府ニ付御供仕罷登候事

石彦様御尊骸御供仕罷下
御葬相済候迄相勤旦御一周忌迄
浄光寺へ相詰御給仕等相勤候事
一同十二子年八月
土津様御小姓被 仰付御切符勤御四
季給金被下置候事

実は村田與太夫重好の娘
一、寛文十戌年十一月 十七歳にて
石彦様の御小姓に召し出され、御切符重四両四人扶持を下し置かれた事

石彦様の江戸参府に付き御供仕り罷り登った事

石彦様の御遺骸の御供仕り罷り下り
御葬儀相済むまで相勤め、また御一周忌まで
浄光寺へ詰めて御給仕等を相勤めた事

土津様の御小姓を仰せ付けられ、御切符勤御四季給金を下し置かれた事

Accompanied Ishihiko-sama on his journey to Edo for sankin-kōtai attendance

Accompanied Ishihiko-sama's remains on the return journey
Served until the funeral was completed, and until the first anniversary memorial service
Was stationed at Jōkōji temple to perform various services

Was appointed as page to Dotsū-sama, granted a stipend certificate and quarterly salary
1. Same year, 9th month Accompanied the journey to Edo for sankin-kōtai attendance
