一、同五子年閏正月 病気が快気したにつき、相応の勤務を仰せ付けていただきたい旨を願い申し上げたところ、同十月に猪苗代御城の御番を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同月 猪苗代へ引越し、生駒五兵衛組にて御城御番を相勤めた事
一、同七寅年二月 猪苗代御普請奉行を仰せ付けられた事
一、正徳二辰年三月 願いの通り御役を御免になり、跡役を仰せ付けられるまでは是まで通り相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同四午年三月 病気が次第に重くなったにつき、御城下において広く養生をしたいので小普請に仰せ付けられ、若松へ召し返していただきたい旨を願い申し上げたところ、願いの通り仰せ付けられ、同四月に若松へ引越した事

His petition was granted and he moved to Wakamatsu in the 4th month of the same year
