雑賀九郎左衛門忠高 初名一瀬又太郎  母は大沼氏の女  妻は吉田仁兵衛忠央の女 元文二巳年八月十四日病死、法名は月潭了因信女、葬所は同上 一、元禄三午年二月 親の願いの通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、萱野権兵衛組にて御城御番を相勤めた事 一、同七戌年九月 勤番として江戸表へ上り、一陣相勤めて下った   ただしこの後三陣相勤めた事 一、同九子年六月 跡式の御知行二百石を相違なく下し置かれた事 一、同十二卯年十二月 吉田仁兵衛の跡屋敷を九郎左衛門並びに弟与助の両人に下し置かれた事 一、同十四巳年秋 頭の萱野権兵衛が御役御免になったことに伴い、跡役として上田八郎右衛門組に所属することになった事 一、享保元申年十月 勤番として江戸表へ上ったところ、正月の大火にて上屋敷に火がかかったことに伴い、頭の八郎右衛門の指図により

Saiga Kurōzaemon Tadataka, originally named Ichinose Matatarō  Mother: daughter of the Ōnuma clan  Wife: daughter of Yoshida Nihee Tadahisa. Died of illness on the 14th day of the 8th month of Genbun 2, year of the Snake. Posthumous Buddhist name: Gettan Ryōin Shinnyo. Burial place: same as above. 1. Genroku 3, year of the Horse (1690), 2nd month: As requested by his father, he was appointed as guard duty substitute and served castle guard duty in Kayano Gonbee's unit. 1. Same [era] 7, year of the Dog (1694), 9th month: He went up to Edo for guard duty service, performed one tour of duty, and returned.   However, after this he served three more tours of duty. 1. Same [era] 9, year of the Rat (1696), 6th month: He was granted the hereditary stipend of 200 koku without any reduction. 1. Same [era] 12, year of the Rabbit (1699), 12th month: The former residence of Yoshida Nihee was granted to both Kurōzaemon and his younger brother Yosuke. 1.
