相組五人で火防を担当し、よく働いた旨をお褒めいただき、仰せ出され、お長囲炉裏でお酒を下賜された事
一、同七寅年八月 頭の上田八郎右衛門が隠居したことに伴い、跡役として一瀬伝兵衛組に所属することになった事
一、同十五戌年八月 頭の一瀬伝兵衛が御役御免になったことに伴い、跡役として北原大蔵組に所属することになった事
一、同十六亥年二月 願いの通り息子勘助の御番代勤めを仰せ付けられた事
一、元文元辰年正月 本姓を雑賀と改めたい旨を願い出た事
一、同年十月十四日 七十四歳にて病死、法名は玄門実参信士、葬所は同上

He worked well in fire prevention duty with five others from his unit, and for this he received praise and was granted sake at the long hearth.
