　組付被召放小普請被　仰付候事

　右衛門組ニ入御城御番相勤候事
一寛政元酉年九月養子源吾儀病身ニ
　相成候ニ付願之上本姓斎藤玄智方江

　在郷被　仰付御指持方八人分被

現代語訳

一、同月、九郎左衛門と改名したい旨を伺い願った事

一、同年6月、願いの通り息子の源吾が御番代を仰せ付けられた事

一、同6年（午年）12月、曽根右京の四男留吉の件で貸し物の得頼の一件について御穿鑿の上、御知行200石のうち半知を召し上げられ、組付けから外され小普請を仰せ付けられた事

一、同8年（申年）3月、御目見えを仰せ付けられた事

一、同年9月、外様組付けを仰せ付けられ、日向三郎右衛門組に入り御城御番を勤めた事

一、寛政元年（酉年）9月、養子源吾が病身になったため、願い出て本姓の斎藤玄智のもとへ返したい旨を伺い願った事

一、同2年（戌年）6月、鉄右衛門と改名したい旨を伺い願った事

一、同5年（丑年）正月、内証の困窮により、願いの通り在郷を仰せ付けられ、御指持方8人分を下し置かれた事

- In the same month, he petitioned to change his name to Kurōzaemon.

- In the 6th month of the same year, his son Gengo was appointed as a guard substitute as requested.

- In the 12th month of the 6th year (Year of the Horse), regarding the matter of borrowed goods and guaranty involving Tomekichi, the fourth son of Sone Ukyō, after investigation his stipend of 200 koku was reduced by half, he was removed from group assignment and placed on small construction duty status.

- In the 3rd month of the 8th year (Year of the Monkey), he was granted an audience.

- In the 9th month of the same year, he was assigned to an external group and entered Hyūga Saburōemon's unit to serve castle guard duty.

- In the 9th month of Kansei 1 (Year of the Rooster), since his adopted son Gengo became ill, he petitioned to return him to his original family under Saitō Genchi.

- In the 6th month of Kansei 2 (Year of the Dog), he petitioned to change his name to Tetsuzaemon.

- In the 1st month of Kansei 5 (Year of the Ox), due to private financial difficulties, he was granted permission to reside in the countryside as requested, and was given allowance for 8 retainers.
