一、同年11月、養子源吾が病身になったため、先達って願い出て本姓に返したところ、実子の孫市郎が成長したので嫡子にしたい旨を伺い願った事
一、同11年（未年）3月、勘助と改名したい旨を伺い願った事
一、同12年（申年）3月、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた事
