一同年十二月蝦夷地御用無滞相勤
候ニ付前 御城御料理被下置候事
一同五辰年十二月頭三宅半之丞御被
替に付跡御役井深志津摩組ニ相成候事
一同六巳年八月蝦夷地警固御用
相勤致勤労候ニ付御時服壱ツ被下

一同十三子年八月町家ニ借宅いたし
罷在不持之所得とも在之由被ゐ及
御聞不届之至被 思召候被 仰付
方茂可有之候へとも御用捨被成組

一、同年12月、蝦夷地の御用を滞りなく勤めたため、以前から御城で御料理を下し置かれた事
一、同5年（辰年）12月、頭の三宅半之丞が交替になったため、跡の御役で井深志津摩組に所属することになった事
一、同6年（巳年）8月、蝦夷地警固の御用を勤め、勤労したため、御時服一つを下し置かれた事
一、同13年（子年）8月、町家に借家をして住んでいる際に、不正な所得があるという噂がお耳に入り、不届きの至りと思し召され、処罰もあり得るところであったが、御用捨てになり、組付けから召し放たれ、御知行のうち30石を召し上げられ、小普請を仰せ付けられた事
一、同月、非常の大赦が行われ、格別の訳をもって外様組付けを仰せ付けられ、高橋与五郎組に入り、御城の御番を勤めた事
一、同14年（丑年）4月、内証で困窮したため、願いの通り在郷を仰せ付けられ、御扶持方5人分を下し置かれた事

Although punishment could have been imposed, he was shown mercy, released from unit assignment, had 30 koku of his stipend confiscated, and was assigned to reserve duty.
- In the same month, an extraordinary general amnesty was conducted, and due to special circumstances, he was assigned to an external unit, joined Takahashi Yogoro's unit, and served castle guard duty.
