隠者（ゐんじや）の着（き）る蘿薜（つたかづら）で織（おり）し衣服（いふく）を以（もつ）て此方（このはう）の役（やく）をつとめる頭（かしら）のかざり簪（かんざし）や冠（かんむり）の纓（ひも）
ととりかへはせまい心（こゝろ）が隠者故（ゐんじやゆへ）あながち隠者（ゐんじや）になるにも及（およば）ぬ此詩中（このしちう）雲（くも）の字（じ）が
二ツ有（あり）どちらか写（うつ）し誤（あやまり）ならん

現代語訳

隠者の着る蔦や葛で織った衣服を、こちらの官職に就く際の頭飾りである簪や冠の紐と取り替えはしないだろう。この心境は隠者だからこそのものである。ことさら隠者になる必要もない。この詩中に「雲」の字が二つあるが、どちらかが写し間違いであろう。

They would not exchange clothing woven from vines and kudzu that recluses wear for the hairpins and crown cords that are head ornaments worn when taking official positions. This state of mind exists precisely because they are hermits. There is no particular need to become a recluse. In this poem, the character for "cloud" appears twice, so one of them is probably a copying error.
