現代語訳
同七戌年正月、人手不足の折に精励して勤務した旨が仰せ出された。
同年七月、志津馬と改名したい旨の願いが許可された。
同九子年三月、御出先においてすべての御用を精励して勤務したため、ご褒美として綿一把を下賜された。
ただし、この後も右の御用を精励して勤務したことにより度々下賜された。
同年七月、
宣明院様がご養子になられた祝儀の折、特に骨を折って精励し、滞りなく御式が済んだため、思し召しにより御酒を下賜された。
天明元丑年三月、思し召しにより御小袖一着を下賜された。
同年四月、ご下向の節、道中で御膳番仮役を仰せ付けられてお供として下向したところ、会津において御膳番定仮役を仰せ付けられた。
ただし、この後も御膳番定仮役を度々仰せ付けられた。

In the first month of the seventh year of An'ei (1778), it was announced that he had served diligently during a period of staff shortage.
In the seventh month of the same year, his request to change his name to Shizuma was granted.
In the third month of the ninth year of An'ei (1780), for his diligent service in all duties at the lord's temporary residence, he was granted one bundle of cotton as a reward.
Note: Thereafter, he was frequently granted such rewards for his diligent performance of these duties.

During the celebration of Lord Senmyōin becoming an adopted son, he worked particularly hard and diligently, ensuring the ceremony was completed without delay, and was therefore granted sake by the lord's gracious will.
In the third month of the first year of Tenmei (1781), by the lord's gracious will, he was granted one kosode (short-sleeved kimono).
In the fourth month of the same year, during the lord's return to the domain, he was appointed as a temporary meal service attendant during the journey and accompanied the lord. Upon arrival in Aizu, he was appointed as a regular temporary meal service attendant.
Note: Thereafter, he was frequently appointed to the position of regular temporary meal service attendant.
