一享保三戌年三月
雪囱院様が江戸表へご登城された際、仮御供番を仰せ付けられ、お供として登城し一陣勤番を務めて下った。
一同十巳年十二月、猪苗代士を仰せ付けられた。
一宝暦二申年九月、伴伊織の二男鉄蔵を養子にしたい旨願いを許可された。
一同九巳年閏七月、養子鉄蔵が近年病身となったため、伊織方へ返したい旨願いを許可された。
一同年九月、小野田助左衛門の三男岩三郎を養子にしたい旨願いを許可された。
一同十辰年九月一日、七十三歳で病死した。法名は常諦院住誉趣道居士、葬所は叶山願成就寺。

When Lord Sesshōin went up to Edo, he was appointed as temporary attendant guard and served one term of guard duty in Edo before returning.

In the second year of Hōreki, ninth month (1752):
His request to adopt Tetsuzō, the second son of Ban Iori, as his heir was granted.
In the ninth year of the same era, intercalary seventh month (1759):
His request to return his adopted son Tetsuzō to the Iori family due to the latter's recent poor health was granted.

His request to adopt Iwasaburō, the third son of Onoda Sukezaemon, as his heir was granted.

He died of illness at the age of 73. His posthumous Buddhist name was Jōtai-in Jūyo Shudō Koji, and he was buried at Ganseishōji Temple on Mount Kanō.
