ただし右につきその御家より頂戴物品々仕り、保科様より御紋付御上下、御熨斗、御小袖、御羽織ならびに三品物の類を度々頂戴した。
一同六午年十一月、御膳番を仰せ付けられた。
一同七未年八月、御使料壱両を下し置かれた。
一寛政元酉年十二月、奥番仮役を仰せ付けられた。
ただし右勤務中出精して相勤めた廉または御年男等を仰せ付けられたにつき、御紋の御羽織、御紋の御上下、御熨斗目その外御納戸払いの御品を下し置かれた。
一同二戌年十二月、出精して相勤めたにつき、只今までの御役料壱両御加増を御直に下し置かれた。

However, in connection with the above, he received various gifts from those households, and from Lord Hoshina he received crested formal court dress (kamishimo), ceremonial garments (noshi), kosode robes, haori jackets, and various other three-item sets on multiple occasions.
In the 11th month of Tenmei 6 (1786): He was appointed as dining attendant (gozenban).
In the 8th month of Tenmei 7 (1787): He was granted one ryō as messenger's fee (goshiryō).
In the 12th month of Kansei 1 (1789): He was appointed as provisional inner guard (okuban kakeyaku).
However, due to his diligent service during this duty, or being appointed as a zodiac year representative (otoshiotoko), he was granted crested haori jackets, crested formal court dress, ceremonial striped garments (noshime), and other items from the lord's wardrobe clearance.
In the 12th month of Kansei 2 (1790): Due to his diligent service, he was directly granted an additional one ryō to his current salary.
In the 6th month of Kansei 6 (1794): He was appointed as inner guard (okuban).
In the intercalary 11th month of the same year: He was granted one ryō in salary for his excellent diligent service.
In the 1st month of Kansei 8 (1796): During Lord Sadaaki's equestrian training, he frequently attended and served as his riding partner, and also served well as his partner during kemari (traditional ball game) sessions.
