Personnel Assignment: Borrowed Personnel, Borrowed Armor, Disbursement Money, Pack Animals, Barracks Allocation Standards
Regarding disbursement money, no increase beyond this standard shall be given. Though the ancient standard is as follows,
increases should be given as extras by announcing how much will be disbursed as an increase
Ten-person stipend Four servants total, two each for formal and informal dress
Forty hyō Borrowed armor
Fifty hyō Disbursement money 4 ryō 2 bu each
Six ryō three-person stipend Calculated as half a pack animal
Ten ryō two-person stipend Calculated as four tsubo barracks
For ten ryō two-person stipend and six ryō two-three person stipend, whether within or outside the assessed value, combining rice stipend and food allowance
If possible to reach this assessment, personnel should be recruited according to this assessment. Should not exceed this assessment, and personnel should be recruited accordingly. However, there are variations depending on current market rates. Ten ryō and twenty to thirty hyō is the standard method.
One: In addition to six ryō three-person stipend, those serving mounted duties receive borrowed personnel and disbursement money
at the rate of one hundred koku, borrowing horses with full equipment
