一段之御仕合候恐々謹言

但 従是以前ニも初鯖御献上之事可有之候得共御記録ニ
不詳
一右初鯖被献候ニ付而之捨御奉書初而此所記之以後
定例故不記之
一 五月三日為端午御祝儀御使者を以例之通御帷子御単
御袷被献之
一 六月《割書：日不｜詳》伝馬并駄賃荷物等御定書福井大橋札之辻江

右の御披露済みの返し御奉書が御老中松平伊豆守《割書：信綱》殿より来た

松平伊豆守
国元の初鯖を献上されたことを披露いたしましたところ、
一段の御仕合わせでございます。恐れながら謹んで申し上げます。

但し これ以前にも初鯖御献上のことはあったであろうが、御記録に
詳らかでない
一 右の初鯖を献上したことについての返し御奉書を初めてここに記す。以後は
定例であるため記さない
一 五月三日 端午の御祝儀として御使者を以て例の通り御帷子、御単衣、
御袷を献上した
一 六月《割書：日付詳らかでない》伝馬並びに駄賃荷物等の御定書を福井大橋札の辻へ
