定
一 御傳馬并駄賃荷物壱駄ニ付四十貫目事
一 福居大橋より浅水へ駄賃銭壱駄に付四十九文
同舟橋江三十五文但人足賃は馬の半分たる

一 宿賃之事薪代共に壱人に付六文馬には十二文
たるへき事
附人馬之賃宿賃以下御定之外増銭取もの
於在之者三十日可為籠舎并其町之庄屋

為過料五貫文其外者家一軒より百文宛可出

一 傳馬駄賃馬多入候時は其町より在々の馬をも
やとひ荷物遅々無之様に夜中によらす
雨風之時も可出之事
一 往還之輩に対し非分申懸におゐては可為

右条々 公儀御定之通也若於違犯之輩
有之者糺咎之軽重或死罪籠舎或可為

であるべきこと
付け加えて 人馬の賃銭、宿賃以下御定め以外の増銭を取る者が
いる場合は三十日間牢屋に入れ、併せてその町の庄屋

過料として五貫文、その他の者は家一軒より百文ずつ出すべき
こと
一 伝馬駄賃馬が多数必要な時は、その町より在郷の馬をも
雇い、荷物に遅滞がないように夜中によらず
雨風の時も出すべきこと
一 往還の者に対し理不尽なことを申し掛けることがあれば
曲事とする
右の条々は公儀御定めの通りである。もし違犯の者が
いる場合は、糺明咎めの軽重により、或いは死罪、牢屋、或いは

1. Regarding official post horses and freight charges: forty kan-me per pack load
1. Freight charges from Fukui Ohashi to Asamizu: forty-nine mon per pack load
To Funabashi: thirty-five mon. However, porter fees shall be half that of horses
1. Regarding lodging fees: including firewood costs, six mon per person, twelve mon
for horses
Additionally: Those who charge extra fees beyond the official rates for human and horse labor,
lodging fees, etc., shall be imprisoned for thirty days, and the village headman of that town

shall pay a fine of five kan-mon, while others shall pay one hundred mon
per household
1. When many post horses for freight are needed, that town shall also
hire horses from surrounding villages to ensure no delays in cargo transport,
regardless of nighttime hours or rainy and windy weather
1. Those who make unreasonable demands against travelers
shall be considered guilty of misconduct
