【右丁】
千葉堂、検見川辺りより北は利根川を境界として上総国の内で、
北は長南境から南は久留利境、速野辺りまで、東は海辺を境界とする。
一 十二月《割書：日付不詳》 歳暮の御祝儀として御使者を通じて例の通り御小袖を献上した。
その後、御内書が御城において御渡しがあり、その際御家来へ時服拝領が
仰せ付けられた。

寛文二年壬寅
一 正月七日 御上初の祝儀として御使者を通じて鯉一折を献上した。右の御披露が
済んだ旨の御奉書が阿部豊後守《割書：忠秋》殿より来た。
鯉一折を献上されました。披露いたしましたところ、誠に
おめでたいことです。恐れ謹んで申し上げます。

From Chibadō and Kemigawa area, the northern boundary is the Tone River within Kazusa Province,
from the northern Chōnan border to the southern Kururi border up to the Hayano area, with the eastern boundary being the seashore.
1. 12th month {{marginal note: date unclear}} For year-end congratulations,御小袖 (formal silk garments) were presented through a messenger as customary.
Subsequently, an inner letter was delivered at the castle, and at that time, seasonal clothing grants were
bestowed upon the retainers.

Kanbun 2nd year, Year of the Water Tiger (1662)
1. 1st month, 7th day For the New Year celebration, one box of carp was presented through a messenger. An official response letter came from Abe Bungo-no-kami {{marginal note: Tadaaki}} -dono stating that the aforementioned presentation had been duly reported.
One box of carp has been presented. When this was reported, it was deemed most
auspicious. We respectfully and humbly state this.
