一 同日 御帰殿後、御座之間において御家老が太刀目録を持参して御礼を
申し上げ、三献の御祝いの御相伴を仰せ付けられて済んだ後、証人永見百助
（帯刀の次男）が御用人として御礼を申し上げ、御盃を頂戴し、御長熨斗を直接下された（太刀目録持参はなく、
引渡しも出ず、以下同様）
その後、小書院において御番頭・御奏者番・初番外の面々が御礼を申し上げ、御盃を
頂戴し、御長熨斗を直接下された後、御前様御附の山田十郎右衛門が
太刀目録を持参して御礼を申し上げ、右同様に下された。表御書院において御物頭並びに
諸士が御流れの御盃を頂戴し、御長熨斗を取次ぎによって下された。その後、諸役人の御礼を
お受けになり、御前様御附の面々が御流れの御盃を頂戴し、御長熨斗を
取次ぎによって下された後、御座之間にお入りになり、御小姓共へ右同様に下された

(second son of Taitō) offered his respects as a steward, received a sake cup, and was directly given御長熨斗 (ceremonial dried abalone) (no ceremonial sword catalog was brought,
no handover occurred, same applies below)
Thereafter, at the small study, the guard captains, ceremonial announcers, and first rank outsiders offered their respects, received sake cups,
and were directly given ceremonial dried abalone. After completion, Yamada Jūrōemon, attendant to the lord's heir,
brought a ceremonial sword catalog, offered his respects, and was given the same as above. At the outer study, military commanders and
various samurai received flowing sake cups and were given ceremonial dried abalone through intermediaries. Thereafter, the respects of various officials were
received, and the attendants to the lord's heir received flowing sake cups and ceremonial dried abalone
through intermediaries. After entering the formal audience chamber, the same was given to the pages.

1. January 2nd: At the middle study, those who were on duty yesterday offered New Year's respects, received flowing
sake cups, and were given ceremonial dried abalone. Then at the small study, the same was given to the physicians.
1. Third of the same month: At the small study, Yamada Hansuke (son of Jūrōemon) offered New Year's respects, received a flowing sake cup,
and was directly given ceremonial dried abalone. At the middle study, the children of retainers offered their respects,
received flowing sake cups, and were given ceremonial dried abalone through intermediaries.
1. Same day evening: There was a celebration for the first Noh chanting of the year, and sake cups were given to everyone from chief retainers to various samurai.
1. Seventh of the same month: For the first offering to superiors, ceremonial fish was presented through a messenger as usual.
1. Eleventh of the same month: At the formal audience chamber, there was a celebration of armored rice cakes, and chief retainers were appointed
as companions. Thereafter, rice cakes were directly given to witnesses, ceremonial announcers, and outside rank members.
