一文武弓馬之道専可相嗜事
一大名小名在江戸交替之儀毎歳守所相定之時節
可致参勤従者之員数弥不可及繁多以相応
可減少之但公役者任教令可随分限事
一新儀之城郭構営堅禁止之居城之湟塁石壁
以下取壊之時は達奉行所可受其旨也矢倉塀門

武家諸法度
一 文武弓馬の道を専ら嗜むべきこと
一 大名小名の江戸在住交替の儀について、毎年守るべき所定の時節
に参勤を行うべきこと。従者の員数はますます繁多に及んではならず、相応
に減少すべきこと。ただし公役の者は教令に任せ、分限に随うべきこと
一 新儀の城郭構営は堅く禁止する。居城の堀塁・石壁
以下を取り壊すときは奉行所に届け出てその旨を受けるべきである。矢倉・塀・門
等は先例の通り修補すべきこと
