一 於江戸并何国譬何等之事雖有之在国之輩者

一 乗輿は一門之歴々国主城主一万斛以上并国大名之

一 江戸において、並びにいずれの国においても、たとえどのような事があっても、在国の者たちは
その所を守り、下知を待つべきこと
一 あちこちで刑罰を行うといっても、役人以外は出向いてはならず、検使の
指示に従うべきこと
一 新たな企てをし、徒党を結び、誓約を結ぶことは制禁すること
一 諸国の国主並びに領主等は私的な争論をしてはならず、平常から
謹慎を加えなければならない。もし遅滞に及ぶような事があれば、奉行所に届け出てその旨を受ける

一 国主・城主で一万石以上の者の近習並びに物頭は、私的に婚姻を結んではならない

一 音信・贈答・嫁娶の儀式・饗応あるいは家宅営作等は
ますます簡略とすべきであり、その他万事について倹約を用いるべきこと
一 衣装の品は混乱してはならない。白綾は公卿以上、白小袖は諸大夫
以上に聴く。紫の袷・紫裏・練の無紋小袖はみだりに着てはならないこと
