両道病人免之其外禁濫吹但免許之輩は各別
也至于諸家中者於其国撰其人可載之事
一 本主之障有之者不可相抱若有叛逆殺害人之
告者可返之向背之族者或返之或可追出之事
一 陪臣質人所献之者可及追放死刑時は達奉行
所可受其旨若当座有難遁儀而斬戮之者其
子細可言上事
一 知行所務清廉沙汰之不致非法国郡不可

一 不孝之輩於有之者可処罰科事
一 万事応江戸之法度於国々所々可遵行事

【右丁】
両道の病人は免除する。その他は濫用を禁止する。ただし免許を得た者は各別
である。諸家中の者については、その国において人を選んで記載すべきこと
一 本主に障り（問題）がある者を抱えてはならない。もし叛逆・殺害人の
告発がある者は返すべきである。向背の一族については、あるいは返し、あるいは追放すべきこと
一 陪臣の質人で所献の者が追放に及ぶべき場合、死刑の時は奉行
所に届け出てその旨を受けるべきである。もし当座に逃れ難い事情があって斬殺した場合は、その
子細を言上すべきこと
一 知行所の政務は清廉に行い、不正な裁定をせず、不法を行わず、国郡を
衰弊させてはならないこと
【左丁】
一 道路・駅馬・舟・橋等は断絶することなく、往還の停滞を
起こしてはならないこと
一 私的な関所や新法の津留は制禁すること
一 五百石以上の船は停止する。ただし荷舟は制限外のこと
