深谷村大年村柿谷村之内ニ而寺領三百石御寄附被成
一 同月新田義貞朝臣戦死之所吉田郡福万村地之上《割書：字向｜田》ニ

隆芳院様の御石塔を大安寺へ御造立するよう仰せ出されたところ、
御成就につき今日御供養があった
一 同日 大安寺へ坂井郡田谷村・南楢原村・北楢原村・四十谷村・
深谷村・大年村・柿谷村のうちにおいて寺領三百石を御寄附された
一 同月 新田義貞朝臣戦死の所、吉田郡福万村地の上《割書：字向田》に
石碑を御建立された

it was ordered that a stone pagoda for Lord Ryūhōin be constructed at Daian-ji Temple.
Today a memorial service was held upon its completion.
1. Same day: To Daian-ji Temple, from among Tanya Village, South Narahara Village, North Narahara Village, Shijūtani Village,
Fukatani Village, Ōtoshi Village, and Kakitani Village in Sakai District, temple lands of 300 koku were donated.
1. Same month: At the site where Nitta Yoshisada died, on the ground at Fukuman Village in Yoshida District (marginal note: Azana Mukōda),
a stone monument was erected.

here may be an error in writing.
