一 四月五日 川崎宿から直接江戸に御到着
一 同月六日 上記と同様の件につき、上使として御老中稲葉美濃守正則殿が御越しになり、
上意の趣旨について御伝達があった。これに対する御礼として、酒井雅楽頭忠清殿、阿部豊後守忠秋殿へ
使者永見帯刀を派遣した
一 同月十三日 御登城《割書：昨十二日御老中阿部豊後守殿より御切紙来る》 御参勤の御礼を
申し上げた
一 五月三日 端午の節句の御祝儀として使者を以て例年通り御帷子・御単・御袷を
献上した。追って御内書が御城において御渡しされ、御家来への拝領物等も
例年通りであった

一 同月二十九日 上使弓削多源七殿を以て御鷹の鷭五羽を御拝領した。
御広間において御頂戴し、鷭の御吸物にて御盃事があった。源七殿御退出
後、御礼として御登城し、御老中へ使者として御番頭を派遣した
一 七月二十三日 上使桑山猪兵衛殿を以て御鷹の雲雀を御拝領した。
雲雀は御玄関にて御番頭山田伊織が受け取り、御書院へ持参して御頂戴
された。御長蛤を直接お出しして御料理を出そうとしたが、御辞退されたため雲雀の
御吸物を出した。猪兵衛殿御退出後、御礼として御登城し、御老中へ
使者として御番頭天方半左衛門を派遣した
一 九月七日 重陽の節句の御祝儀として使者を以て例年通り御小袖を献上した

1. 6th day of the same month: Regarding the above matter, the messenger and Senior Councilor Inaba Mino-no-kami Masanori came,
and conveyed the purport of the shogun's intentions. As thanks for this, messenger Nagami Tatewaki was sent to
Sakai Gakutō Tadakiyo and Abe Bungo-no-kami Tadaaki.
1. 13th day of the same month: Went to the castle (marginal note: Yesterday on the 12th, a written notice came from Senior Councilor Abe Bungo-no-kami).
Expressed gratitude for the sankin attendance.
1. 3rd day of the 5th month: For the Boys' Day celebration, through a messenger, offered the customary unlined summer kimono, single-layer garment, and lined garment.
Later, a written message from within the palace was delivered at the castle, and gifts for retainers were given
as usual.

1. 29th day of the same month: Through messenger Yugeta Genshichi, received five coots caught by the shogun's hawks.
Received them ceremonially in the great hall, and had a sake ceremony with coot soup. After Genshichi's departure,
went to the castle to give thanks and sent a guard captain as messenger to the Senior Councilors.
1. 23rd day of the 7th month: Through messenger Kuwayama Inobei, received larks caught by the shogun's hawks.
The larks were received at the entrance by guard captain Yamada Iori and brought to the reception hall for the ceremonial receipt.
Though they intended to serve fresh clams directly and provide a full meal, this was declined, so lark soup was served instead. After Inobei's departure,
went to the castle to give thanks and sent guard captain Tenpo Hanzaemon as messenger to the Senior Councilors.
1. 7th day of the 9th month: For the Chrysanthemum Festival celebration, through a messenger offered kosode garments as customary.
