【右丁】
御用金はもはや課すべきではないなどと申すことは、たとえ御自分の考えまでに留めておいても、下々に申し聞かせることは無用とすべきである。そうであれば、出金が調達困難であるならば見合わせ申すべきである。甚だしく御差支えの御時節ではあるが、右の諸事は至極重要なことである。なおまた、何によらず思い付いた儀があれば、遠慮なく我等のもとまで何度でも申し聞かせるべきである。
三郡奉行へ
御用金当分見延べの積もりに相成り候につき、御金廻り御差支えのことである。それについて才覚筋の存寄を相尋ねした処、委細申し聞かせいただき承知申し上げた。御差支えの御時節、少分でも相調えば一段のことである。
