【右丁】
於義丸様が御本丸大奥へ登城されることについて、御祝儀として左の通り
御役人中へ御音信をなされる旨を、御老中堀田相模守正亮殿へ御留守居
加藤長右衛門正敏が左の通り伺書を持参して提出した。
当十五日
御本丸大御奥へ於義丸が登城することについて御祝儀として
御老中様・若年寄様・御側様・御留守居様方の御広
敷向へ兵部大輔於義丸から進達物を致したく、伺いたい旨を申し付けおいた。
これにより別紙書付の通り伺い奉る。以上

Today, the 15th
Regarding Yoshimaru's attendance at the Ōoku of the main castle, as congratulatory gifts
to the senior councilors, junior councilors, chamberlains, and caretakers at their
residences, Hyōbu-taiyu Yoshimaru wishes to present gifts, and I have been ordered to inquire about this.
Therefore, I respectfully inquire as written in the attached document. The above.
