Regarding the deadline for providing personnel and horses to Arai for the Korean delegation's return journey, as soon as the order is issued,
we will promptly send word and dispatch them from our domain. We humbly request that the order be issued approximately twenty days before the required deadline for providing personnel. As this concerns a distant province, we respectfully discuss this matter privately.

1. On April 27th, notification came from Lord Inaba Tango-no-kami, the official in charge of Korean delegation affairs.
When Caretaker Tsuda Kuemon went to the Main Accounting Office, Lord Henmi Dewa-no-kami and Lord Horie Arashirō were present. Regarding the inquiry document of the 25th, they conveyed the following written response:
Concerning the relay horses to be provided from Arai in Tōtōmi Province to Yodo in Yamashiro Province for the Korean delegation's return journey
