於義丸様ゟ御香奠御献上之儀御用番本多伯耆守《割書：正｜珍》殿江先達而
伺書指出候処今日迄御指図無之二付御同所江御留守居加藤長右衛門《割書：正｜敏》
罷出相伺候処明日御献上御延引追而御献上ニ而も不苦候間重而
御指図可有之旨被申聞之
一 五月朔日於増上寺右同断ニ付御使者御番頭雨森傳左衛門《割書：貞｜栄》を以
御香奠銀五枚被献之同所方丈江相納之
一 同日近々
於義丸様 西丸大奥 御登 城被 仰出旨ニ付其節御献上幷御贈
物之儀御老中堀田相模守《割書：正｜亮》殿江御留守居大谷一右衛門《割書：良｜次》左之通書

【右丁】
於義丸様からの御香典御献上の件につき、御用番本多伯耆守殿へ先だって
伺書を提出したところ、今日まで御指図がないため、御留守居加藤長右衛門が
同所へ出向いて伺ったところ、明日の御献上は延期、後日の御献上でも構わないので改めて
御指図があるとのことを申し聞かされた。
一 五月一日、増上寺において右同様につき、御使者御番頭雨森傳左衛門を以て
御香典銀五枚を献上し、同所方丈へ納めた。
一 同日、近々
於義丸様が西丸大奥へ登城される旨仰せ出されたため、その節の御献上並びに御贈
物の件につき、御老中堀田相模守殿へ御留守居大谷一右衛門が左の通り書

Regarding the offering of incense money from Lord Yoshimaru, an inquiry document was previously submitted to Lord Honda Hōki-no-kami, the duty officer. As there had been no instructions by today, Caretaker Katō Chōemon went to the same office to inquire. He was told that tomorrow's offering would be postponed, and that a later offering would be acceptable, with further instructions to follow.
1. On May 1st, at Zōjōji Temple, regarding the same matter, through messenger and guard captain Amemori Densaemon, five pieces of silver were offered as incense money and deposited in the temple's main hall.
1. On the same day, as it was announced that Lord Yoshimaru would soon visit the Western Citadel's Great Interior, regarding offerings and gifts for that occasion, Caretaker Ōtani Ichiemon brought the following written
