Record of when the three envoys visit the castle:
One: When they passed in front of our residence in previous years, the front gate and distant attendant guardhouse were handled as follows:
One: The front gate was opened, golden folding screens were set up at the left and right gatehouses, and at the distant attendant guardhouse, military equipment curtains, folding screens, etc. were arranged as usual. A few officials were stationed within the gate, the foot soldiers from the gatehouse were brought down from their post, and bordered mats were laid out on the left and right sides within the gate as preparation.
Official note attached: "You should understand according to previous precedent."
One: Regarding the back gates and such, they should be kept closed as usual, with military commanders leading foot soldiers to stand guard. The foot soldiers' attire should naturally be as usual.
