現代語訳
在郷の者たちの内、心得の良い者たちへ以下の通り申し聞かせるよう、金津奉行・町奉行・郡奉行へ御家老が申し渡した。
平本但見へ
御勝手（藩の財政）がご差し支えにつき、御自分の支配下の者たちが金子取り扱いにおいて奇特な心入れをしていると聞いております。これにより御褒美を一統に下し置かれ候。別して骨を折った者へはその品を与えることになりますので、名前を書き付けて指し出すようにしてください。また当春、他の支配下の者たちには不届きな様子もありましたが、御自分の支配下の者たちにはそのような儀はなく、もっともなことです。この段をお申し聞かせするようにとのことです。
岩上梶太夫へ
御勝手がご差し支えにつき、御自分の支配下の者たちの内、心入れの良い者もおりましたら吟味をして、名前を書き付けて指し出してください。また当春、不届きな様子もありましたが、その段については御慈悲により見過ごされます。

Among the rural residents, the following was to be communicated to those with good understanding, as the senior councilor instructed the Kanazu magistrate, town magistrate, and district magistrate.
To Hiramoto Tajimi:
Due to financial difficulties in the domain's administration, it has been heard that those under your supervision have shown commendable dedication in handling monetary matters. Therefore, rewards will be given to all uniformly. For those who made particular efforts, appropriate gifts will be provided, so please submit a written list of names. Also, this spring there were some improper behaviors among those under other supervisions, but those under your supervision showed no such conduct, which is most commendable. Please communicate this matter to them.
To Iwagami Kajidayu:
Due to financial difficulties in the domain's administration, if there are any among those under your supervision who showed good intentions, please investigate and submit a written list of names. Also, although there were some improper behaviors this spring, those matters will be overlooked through benevolent mercy.
To the District Magistrate:
Same as above.
However, we have heard of the commendable conduct of Bunsuke from Katsumi village under the supervision of Matsubara Chuemon.
