宗矩様江以来暑寒御機嫌伺且御歓等之儀も江
戸表二而御右筆部屋迄罷出申上候様ニ被 仰出
一 同月六日為御生見玉御祝儀御使者を以例之通黄金被献之
一 同月七日暑中 御機嫌御伺之御使者三沢左助《割書：師｜古》 江戸着
御用番江罷出御書指出之
一 同月十八日惣出仕有之年号寛延与改元被 仰出候旨御用
番酒井雅樂頭《割書：忠｜恭》殿御達有之右御書付大目付神尾伊賀守殿ゟ

進上仕候。右の段、国許へ申し越し承知の上で御届申し上げては延引に及び候間、右の注進御座候はば早速御届申し上げ候様に、兼ねて兵部大輔申し付け置き候間、御届申し上げ候。以上

一 同月六日、御生見玉御祝儀のため御使者をもって例の通り黄金を献上されました。
一 同月七日、暑中御機嫌御伺いの御使者三沢左助（師古）が江戸に着き、御用番へ参上し御書を差し出しました。
一 同月十八日、総出仕があり、年号を寛延と改元する旨を仰せ出され候旨、御用番酒井雅楽頭（忠恭）殿より御達しがありました。右御書付は大目付神尾伊賀守殿より

I humbly submit the above. Regarding this matter, if we were to report after sending word to the domain and receiving acknowledgment, it would result in delays. 1. On July 5th, the following was proclaimed regarding matters of inquiring after His Lordship's health and congratulations:
1. Regarding New Year greetings, seasonal inquiries about hot and cold weather, inquiries after the Young Lord's health, congratulations, and other matters that have been submitted in writing until now - while in residence in the domain, these should be conveyed together to the senior retainers when offering congratulations to His Lordship.

It is not necessary to send letters to Edo regarding these matters.
However, concerning the above,
it was proclaimed that future seasonal health inquiries and congratulations to Lord Muneyoshi should be presented by going to the scribes' office in Edo.
1. On the 6th of the same month, gold was offered through an envoy in the usual manner for the congratulations of the birth inspection ceremony.
1. On the 7th of the same month, envoy Misawa Sasuke (Shiko) for the midsummer health inquiry arrived in Edo and went to the duty officer to present the letter.
1. On the 18th of the same month, there was a general assembly, and it was proclaimed that the era name would be changed to Kan'en. This announcement came from duty officer Lord Sakai Utanokamino-kami (Tadayasu). The written notification was from Senior Inspector Kamio Iganokamino-kami.
