当年御吟味之上村々免合之儀改而被 仰付方有之
ニ付只今迄慶松五右衛門江被 仰付候綿【麻之儀向後
百姓共直納ニ相成候依之五右衛門方江百姓共只今迄之
指引相滞候分者御奉行共可申達候五右衛門儀右之趣

御家中御手当被 仰付度再応御評議雄之候得共
何角【角】御跡引旁差湊以者外御逼迫之御事ニ候然とも
先達而御沙汰も有之儀を御延引ニ相成甚
御苦労 思召候当年之御勝手向ニ而者 是【？】御借米
増可被 仰付御事ニ候得共 御憐憫故何卒可被為成
程者其儀無之様ニ与唯今迄不及御沙汰候此御時節ニ
而も何分御手当被 仰付度至【至】而少分之御事ニ候得共

当年御吟味の上、村々の免合の件について改めて仰せ付けられる方針があるため、今まで慶松五右衛門に仰せ付けられていた綿麻の件について、今後百姓共が直納することになった。これにより五右衛門方へ百姓共が今まで滞らせている差引分については、御奉行共が申し達すること。五右衛門については右の趣旨により難儀する品々もあるであろう。そうであれば、何事によらず相応な勝手な取り続きとなる件を相願い申すこと。御吟味の上、差し障りない件については仰せ付けられるので、右の段を五右衛門へ申し聞かせること。
一 九月十一日 御家中御手当筋の件について、左の通り書付をもって諸月番へ御家老が申し渡した。

御家中御手当を仰せ付けたく、再度御評議したけれども、何かと御跡引きをはじめとして差し迫った御逼迫の御事である。然しながら先達て御沙汰もあった件を御延引になり、甚だ御苦労とお思いになっている。当年の御勝手向きでは、これまで以上に御借米を増やして仰せ付けられる御事であるが、御憐憫ゆえ何とかそうならない程度にと、唯今まで御沙汰に及ばなかった。この御時節でも何分御手当を仰せ付けたく、至って少分の御事であるが、去る丑年に御内證金七年賦拝借を仰せ付けられた内、三年分三千両の上納が相済んだゆえ、せめての御手当にと右三千両を又々

Therefore, concerning the cotton and hemp matters that had been assigned to Keimatsu Goemon until now, the peasants will henceforth make direct payments. Accordingly, regarding the outstanding balances that the peasants owe to Goemon's office, the magistrates shall report on this matter. As for Goemon, due to the aforementioned circumstances, there will likely be various difficulties he faces. In such cases, he may petition for reasonable accommodations regarding any matter that would allow him to continue his operations. After examination, matters that pose no obstacles will be approved, so convey this information to Goemon.
One: On September 11th, regarding the matter of stipends for the retainer band, the senior retainer conveyed the following written instructions to all monthly duty officers.
