一　閏十月七日、寿福院へ御朱印御渡しが相済んだため、御届けとして江戸表へ御書を指し出した。

一　同月十六日、御拝領の御鷹が福井へ着き、御座所において御頂戴された。

一　同月二十二日、公儀小人目付河村嘉吉が罷り越し、御成の節の御屋敷辻番所へ国の御人数御差出等の儀について、御目付土屋長三郎が御尋ねの旨を、御留守居津田九右衛門盛恕が申し聞いたため、同人まで左の通り書付を回した。

　　　　　　　上野御成の節、屋敷辻番所前へ足軽差出し、一番の御払いより立ち切り、往来の者を指し留める。もっとも左の通り役人共が辻番所へ罷り出て差図仕る。

The message was conveyed by rusui (caretaker) Tsuda Kuemon Morimasa, so the following written report was circulated to him:
