長右衛門盛敏へ相尋ねしたため、同人まで左の通り書付を回した。
大手より此方屋敷前、それより常盤橋通りの御遠慮。
御成の節、此方屋敷前辻番所へ役人共、固足軽等、
東叡山御成の節の通り罷り出で、一番御払いの御徒中が来られると、
右の面々並びに辻番人共を屋敷内へ引き取り罷り在る。
一 右の節、道三橋組合辻番所は此方支配の内に御座するため、
辻番所掛かりの留守居代侍並びに固足軽が罷り出で、一番御払いの
御徒中が参られると、辻番人その外国足軽を引き連れ、土岐伊勢守様
御屋敷裏へ引き取り、立ち切り相勤め罷り在る。

An inquiry was made to Chōemon Moritoshi, so the following written report was circulated to him:
From Ōte to the front of our mansion, then avoidance of Tokiwa Bridge street.
During official visits, officials, guard foot soldiers, etc. proceed to the crossroad guard post
in front of our mansion as during visits to Tōeizan. When the foot soldiers of the first
ceremonial clearing arrive, the aforementioned personnel and guard post staff
withdraw into the mansion grounds.
One: At such times, since the Dōsanbashi joint guard post is under our jurisdiction,
the deputy caretaker samurai responsible for the guard post and guard foot soldiers proceed,
and when the foot soldiers of the first ceremonial clearing arrive, they lead the guard post
staff and other domain foot soldiers to withdraw behind Lord Toki Ise-no-kami's mansion
and carry out traffic blocking duties there.
