罷在候由二【ニ】候■【然】処拂之御徒出候与立切之場所へ番人斗

現代語訳
いることが判明した。ところが、払いの御徒が出た際に立ち切りの場所へ番人だけを
指し遣わし、役人は屋敷内へ引き取らせる者たちもいるという
ことが聞こえてきた。御成は人留めが大切な儀式であるから、今後
御成の節は前回の通り、払いの御徒が出た場合は、辻番所に罷り出た
役人共が番人を引き連れ、立ち切りの場所へ罷り越し相固めること。
一 十一月十一日 御本丸表使より御年寄まで
於義丸様より両御丸へ御機嫌伺いの御文使が指し出された
節の御門通行札六枚が来た。
一 同月十三日、御参勤御時節御伺いの御使者葛巻治部右衛門包格が
江戸に着き、御用番本多伯耆守正珍殿のもとへ罷り出て御書を指し出した。
一 同月十六日、御用番本多伯耆守正珍殿より御呼び出しがあり、御使者葛巻
治部右衛門包格が罷り出たところ、来年四月中に御参府するべき旨の御包
書を相渡された。
一 同月十八日、御内献上の趣きで鱈が着いたので献上した。
一 同日、寒中の御機嫌伺いのため、御使者大御番澤木彦四郎を
江戸表へ指し出した。今日福井を出立。

It was discovered that they were stationed there. However, it was heard that when the sweeping foot soldiers appeared, some people sent only the guards to the cordoned-off areas while having the officials withdraw to the residence compound. Since crowd control is crucial during the lord's visits, hereafter during the lord's visits, as before, when the sweeping foot soldiers appear, the officials who go out to the street guardhouses must take the guards with them and proceed to the cordoned-off areas to secure them.
One: On the 11th day of the 11th month, from the main castle messenger to the senior retainer, six gate passage tokens came for when messengers bearing letters of courtesy from Lord Yoshimaru to both castle compounds were dispatched.
One: On the 13th of the same month, the envoy Kuzumaki Jibu-emon Tsunenori, sent to inquire about the sankin attendance schedule, arrived in Edo and went to the duty officer Lord Honda Hōki-no-kami Masayoshi to present his letter.
One: On the 16th of the same month, there was a summons from the duty officer Lord Honda Hōki-no-kami Masayoshi. When the envoy Kuzumaki Jibu-emon Tsunenori appeared, he was given a sealed letter stating that the lord should come to the capital in April of next year.
