町奉行郡奉行江左之通御家老申渡之

今般過分之御物入ニ付不被得止御用金被 仰付候
然処如何相心得申候哉大勢立騒其上 御城下
猥ニ致徘徊不憚 御上致方ニ候困窮之時節ニ候得
者可致難儀事ニ候餓死体之者も可有之儀何も存

之内ニ候尤御自分了簡を以相鎮り候得共以後為

一、二月十八日、御用金が申し付けられたところ、町在ともに困窮の趣を申し立てたため、町奉行・郡奉行へ左の通り御家老が申し渡した

このたび過分な御物入りにつき、やむを得ず御用金が申し付けられた
しかしながら、どのように心得ているのか、大勢が立ち騒ぎ、その上御城下を
みだりに徘徊し、御上の措置を憚らない有様である。困窮の時節であれば
難儀することは当然であり、餓死する者もあろうことは誰もが存じている

ことゆえ、御取り扱いの段についても兼ねてから思し召しもあり、御吟味
の最中である。もっとも御自分の了簡をもって鎮まったが、今後の
