神山才兵衛某の娘 元禄十三年辰年十一月二十六日病死
法名釈尼寿永、葬所は中嶋山法福寺
一、寛文五年巳年、跡式の御知行二百石を相違なく下し置かれ、井深四郎兵衛組にて御城御番を勤めたこと。
一、同十七年未年六月、頭の井深四郎兵衛が病死したため、跡役として生駒五兵衛組に移ったこと。
一、同十年戌年八月、御供勤番のため登り、翌亥二月に下ったこと。
一、延宝六年午年十月、江戸勤番のため登り、翌未四月に下ったこと。
一、天和二年戌年十二月、頭の生駒五兵衛が病死したため、跡役として一瀬伝兵衛組に移ったこと。
一、同三年亥年十二月、甥の祢津弥兵衛の三男磯右衛門を婿養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可されたため、御礼のため江戸表へ登り御目見えしたこと。
一、貞享三年寅年八月九日、五十六歳で病死。法名古誉伝栄、葬所は同上。

1. In Kanbun 5 (1665), year of the snake, he was granted the hereditary stipend of 200 koku without change, and served castle guard duty in Ibuka Shirōbē's unit.
1. In the same 17th year (1677), year of the sheep, 6th month, when the head Ibuka Shirōbē died of illness, he was transferred to Ikoma Gobē's unit as his successor in position.
1. In the same 10th year (1670), year of the dog, 8th month, he went up for attendant guard duty and returned in the 2nd month of the following year of the boar.
1. In Enpō 6 (1678), year of the horse, 10th month, he went up to Edo for guard duty and returned in the 4th month of the following year of the sheep.
1. In Tenna 2 (1682), year of the dog, 12th month, when the head Ikoma Gobē died of illness, he was transferred to Ichinose Denbē's unit as his successor in position.
1. In the same 3rd year (1683), year of the boar, 12th month, he petitioned to adopt his nephew Nezu Yahē's third son Isoemon as son-in-law and heir, and when this was granted, he went up to Edo to express gratitude and had an audience with his lord.
1. In Jōkyō 3 (1686), year of the tiger, 8th month, 9th day, he died of illness at age 56. Buddhist name: Koyo Den'ei, burial place: same as above.
