一、同年七月、頭一瀬伝兵衛の願いの通り、御役御免につき、跡の御役は原田伊予組となったこと。
一、元禄八年亥年九月、真珠院様御誕生につき増勤番のため江戸表へ登り、翌子年三月に下ったこと。
一、同十年丑年六月二日病死、嗣子なく断絶、霊号覚秀山、葬所は同上

1. In the same year, 7th month, according to the petition of head Ichinose Denbē, he was relieved of his duties, and the successor position went to Harada Iyo's unit.
1. In Genroku 8 (1695), year of the boar, 9th month, due to the birth of Shinju-in-sama, he went up to Edo for additional guard duty and returned in the 3rd month of the following year of the rat.
1. In the same 10th year (1697), year of the ox, 2nd day of the 6th month, he died of illness without male heir, resulting in the extinction of the line. Posthumous Buddhist name: Kakushūzan. Burial place: same as above.
