 老附二ノ寄合組被 召出候事 一文化四卯年九月御用先之ならし  為馬揃罷出候   但此後一度追鳥狩之節罷出候事 一同年十月於御用先本務之透に  酒井伝内へ申談火業をも相勤候様  被仰付候事 一同五辰年正月蝦夷地御国御用被  仰付出起以前於 大書院  御目見之上御暇被下於小書院御  流被下其後於 大書院御酒被下置候   但唐大嶋詰被 仰付道中小荷   駄才料被 仰付右に付而は労賃も   在之候に付於松前金弐分弐朱被下置候事 一同年十二月蝦夷地御用相勤候に付御  料理被下置候事 一同六己年八月蝦夷地警固御用  相勤致勤労候に付金三百疋下置且  道中小荷駄才料をもいたし於彼地  臨時之御用共精出相勤候段被 仰出候事

老附二ノ寄合組に召し出された事 一、文化四年卯年九月、御用先のならしとして  馬揃えのために出席した   但し、この後一度追鳥狩りの節に出席した事 一、同年十月、御用先において本務の合間に  酒井伝内へ申し談じ、火業をも勤めるよう  仰せ付けられた事 一、同五年辰年正月、蝦夷地御国御用を  仰せ付けられ、出立以前に大書院において  御目見えの上御暇を下され、小書院において御  流しを下され、その後大書院において御酒を下し置かれた   但し、唐大島詰めを仰せ付けられ、道中小荷   駄才料を仰せ付けられ、右に付いては労賃も   あるにつき、松前において金二分二朱を下し置かれた事 一、同年十二月、蝦夷地御用を勤めたにつき、御  料理を下し置かれた事 一、同六年己年八月、蝦夷地警固御用を  勤め労働したにつき、金三百疋を下し置き、かつ  道中小荷駄才料をもなし、彼の地において  臨時の御用共に精を出し勤めた段を仰せ出された事

英語訳

He was summoned to the Second Elder Attendant Group (Rōzuke Ni no Yoriai-gumi). 1. In the 9th month of Bunka 4 (1807), year of the rabbit, he attended a military parade as practice for official duties. Note: After this, he attended once more during a hunting expedition. 1. In the 10th month of the same year, during intervals from his main duties at his official assignment, he was ordered to consult with Sakai Den'nai and also serve in artillery duties. 1. In the 1st month of the same 5th year (1808), year of the dragon, he was appointed to official duties in Ezo territory. Before departure, he had an audience in the Great Reception Hall, was granted leave, and received [ceremonial sake] in the Small Reception Hall. He was given a ceremonial drink, and afterward was granted sake in the Great Reception Hall. Note: He was appointed to Karafuto (Sakhalin) Island duty, was assigned pack-horse handler fees for the journey, and since there were also labor wages involved, he was granted 2 bu and 2 shu of gold at Matsumae. 1. In the 12th month of the same year, because he served in Ezo territory duties, he was granted a meal allowance. 1. In the 8th month of the same 6th year (1809), year of the snake, because he served diligently in Ezo territory guard duties, he was granted 300 mon of gold, and also handled pack-horse fees during the journey. It was proclaimed that he worked diligently on various emergency duties in that territory.
