一寛永十三子年
土津様最上御入国之時右目明三十人
被 召抱国相遣支配仕候様被 仰付三拾
俵弐人扶持被下置候事
一《割書:年月|不詳》於最上御巡村之砌御供番に加り御
尋之品々申上候
但御規式之節は毎度罷出御熨斗
御具足之餅等頂戴仕候事
一同二十未年八月会津江御供仕候処御知
行弐百石被下置囚獄役被 仰付候処御馬
元御奉公仕度御当地迄御供仕候処居
役被 仰付候段迷惑に奉存候間御知行并囚
獄役共に御哀憐を以御赦免被成下度段願申上
候へ共御知行被 召上御役義は当分御雇被成候間
相勤候様被 仰付御擬作拾石八斗弐人扶持
被下置加藤式部少輔江御預之切支丹
宗門之者拾九人直々御預被成此者大切之義に候
間御徒目付両人被差加当分加役に警固仕候
様被 仰付相勤罷在其後右御雇勤御免に
成下度由申上候処不被成御免候由に被 仰出候事
現代語訳
一、寛永十三年子年
土津様が最上に御入国の時、右の目明三十人を
召し抱えられ、国へ遣わして支配するよう仰せ付けられ、三十
俵二人扶持を下し置かれたこと
一、《割書:年月詳細不明》最上での御巡村の際、御供番に加わり、御
尋ねの品々を申し上げた
ただし御規式の節は毎度参上し、御熨斗や
御具足の餅等を頂戴したこと
一、同二十年未年八月、会津へ御供したところ、御知
行二百石を下し置かれ、囚獄役を仰せ付けられたが、御馬
元より御奉公したく当地まで御供したが、居
役を仰せ付けられた段、迷惑に存じるため、御知行並びに囚
獄役ともに御哀憐をもって御赦免成し下されたく願い申し上げ
たが、御知行を召し上げられ、御役義は当分御雇いになるので
相勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、御擬作十石八斗二人扶持を
下し置かれた。加藤式部少輔へ御預けのキリシタン
宗門の者十九人を直々御預けになり、この者は大切の義であるので
御徒目付両人を差し加えられ、当分加役にて警固する
よう仰せ付けられ、相勤めていたが、その後右の御雇い勤めを御免に
成し下されたく申し上げたところ、御免にならない旨を仰せ出されたこと

Nineteen Christian
sectarians who had been entrusted to Katō Shikibu-shōyū were directly entrusted [to him],

two foot inspectors were added and he was ordered to guard them temporarily as an additional duty.
He served in this capacity, but later petitioned to be relieved of this temporary employment duty,
however he was informed that relief would not be granted.
