に付数年工夫仕此末御用手支無之様
に伝置申候且又他所囚人御座候節は牢
屋定番之者被遣可候処若左様之砌間
違御座候へは御外聞にも懸り候儀と奉存多
年心懸近国之様子迄承合国渡之縄
囚人受取渡し類悉致吟味向後御手支
無之様に仕候
一拷問相止以後四寸縄を以被成御穿鑿候処
右縄之儀障共多候由に而度々御用に相成
不申義御座候間御手支之筋相見申候
依之右四寸縄に不相替詰り障無之致方
結縄之仕懸仕出御用立申候処悉白状
埒明御穿鑿果敢行申候由に而天和二年
より御用ひに罷成候事
一元禄三午年 囚獄下役被 仰付候事
一同六酉年二月御切符金右切符拾石に
御直被下置候事
一宝永四亥年十二月警固役人被仰
付吟味所支配被成下候事
一同月祖父以来宜相勤旧功之者に付

について数年工夫し、この後御用に手違いがないように伝え置いた。また他所の囚人がいる際は、牢屋定番の者を派遣すべきところ、もしそのような際に間違いがあれば、御外聞にも関わることと存じ、多年心がけて近国の様子まで聞き合わせ、国境での縄や囚人の受け取り渡しの類をすべて吟味し、今後御用に手違いがないようにした。
一、拷問を中止した以降、四寸縄を以て御穿鑿を行われたが、この縄については障害が多いとのことで、度々御用に役立たないことがあり、御用に支障をきたす筋が見受けられた。
これにより、この四寸縄に代わる、詰まりや障害のない締め方、結縄の仕掛けを考案し、御用に立てたところ、すべて白状し、事件解決の御穿鑿が効果的に行われたとのことで、天和二年より御用いになった。

Also, when there were prisoners from other places, guards from the regular prison staff should be dispatched, but if mistakes occurred at such times, it would affect the domain's reputation, so with many years of attention he inquired about conditions even in neighboring provinces, thoroughly examined all matters related to ropes and the receiving and transferring of prisoners at provincial borders, and ensured there would be no future hindrances to official duties.
1. After torture was discontinued, interrogations were conducted using four-sun ropes, but these ropes had many impediments, often proving useless for official duties, and hindrances to official business were observed.
Therefore, as a replacement for these four-sun ropes, he devised binding methods and rope techniques without jamming or obstacles, and when these were put to official use, all suspects confessed and interrogations for case resolution were conducted effectively, so they came into official use from Tenna 2 (1682).
