現代語訳
一、宝暦八年寅年十月 親の代から数十年実直に勤務していることにより、親の擬作（想定石高）の内から一石を減らし、九石二人扶持を下され、中之口番に召し出されたこと
一、同九年卯年十二月 三石の御加増を下され、御徒に仰せ付けられたこと
一、同十年辰年正月 恭定様が御上京される際、立帰御供として勤めたこと
一、同年九月 江戸へ勤番のため上り、翌巳年四月に帰国した
ただし陣中御徒仮目付を仰せ付けられたため、骨折り料として金一両を下されたこと
一、明和元年申年四月 御暇をいただいて立帰のため江戸に上ったこと
一、同二年酉年六月 町郷蔵残穀改立合を仰せ付けられ勤めた
ただしこの後も所々の立合勤を仰せ付けられ勤め、毎度骨折り料を下されたこと

1. Hōreki 8 (1758), year of the tiger, 10th month: Due to faithful service for several decades since his father's time, one koku was deducted from his father's estimated yield, granted nine koku and stipend for two retainers, and summoned to serve as middle gate guard

However, because he was appointed as provisional inspector of foot soldiers in the field, he was granted one ryō in gold as compensation for his efforts
1. Meiwa 1 (1764), year of the monkey, 4th month: Received leave and went up to Edo for tachigaeri service
1. Same 2nd year (1765), year of the rooster, 6th month: Was appointed to inspect remaining rice in town and village storehouses and served in this capacity
However, from this time forward he was repeatedly appointed to inspection duties at various places and was given compensation for his efforts each time
1. Same 3rd year (1766), year of the dog, 10th month: When he went up to Edo for guard duty service, he was appointed to regular castle guard duty at Edo and received the standard compensation for his efforts
