一、同五年巳年八月 不時御参府の節、御供として上り、御道中組頭代を仰せ付けられ、陣中仮目付を仰せ付けられたところ、十二月五日、愿彰院様定仮目付を仰せ付けられ、御徒組頭兼務もしながら勤め、女中附の方も勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、同十六日御用が済み、再び不時仮目付を勤めたこと
一、同六年申年正月 御広敷定仮目付を仰せ付けられたこと
一、寛政二年戌年八月 願いの通り御擬作を差し上げたこと
