候節乗馬仕候に付陸奥守に而御吸物
御酒被下置追而従

現代語訳
恭定様が松平陸奥守様のところへ参上される際に乗馬を務めたことにより、陸奥守から御吸物・御酒を下賜され、追って恭定様から金三百疋を下賜された件
一、同年五月 御理髪御用を仰せ蒙ったことへの御祝儀として御老中様の御招請があり、御広間での御祝儀を仰せ付けられ、褒賞として金を下賜されたが《割書：員数不詳》
一、同年七月 笹原与五平が病気のため、御召し出しの際は御馬を差し上げるよう仰せ付けられ、しばらくの間御馬を差し上げた件
一、同年九月 笹原与五平の病気中に精を出して勤務し、新しい御召馬をも差し上げたことにより、綿二把を下賜された件
一、同年十二月 勤番の際に二歳の駒の御献上の手入れ等を良く行った旨を、御用人を通じて仰せ出された件

When Lord Kyōtei visited Lord Matsudaira Mutsu-no-kami, he served as a mounted attendant, for which he received soup and sake from Mutsu-no-kami, and later received 300 hiki of gold from Lord Kyōtei.

Same year, 5th month (May 1766): As congratulations for being entrusted with hair-cutting duties for the lord, there was an invitation from the senior councilor, and he was ordered to attend the congratulatory ceremony in the great hall, receiving gold as a reward (note in margin: amount unknown).
1. Same year, 7th month (July 1766): Due to Sasahara Yogohei's illness, he was ordered to provide horses when summoned, and provided horses for a short period.
1. Same year, 9th month (September 1766): For diligent service during Sasahara Yogohei's illness and providing new horses for the lord's use, he was granted two bundles of cotton.
1. Same year, 12th month (December 1766): It was announced through the chamberlain that he had done well in caring for two-year-old colts presented to the lord during his guard duty service.
