様被 仰付候事
一同月徒野へ御馬御調義為御用
罷越同六月御用仕廻罷帰候事
一同年六月馬術精出御馬致乗
責御城御厩当番相勤平日御厩別
当並に御供をも致候に付旁以五人扶持被
下置候猶御馬術精出致稽古以来

様を仰せ付けられた件
一、同月 徒野へ御馬の調達のための御用で出向き、同年六月に御用を済ませて帰参した件
一、同年六月 馬術に精を出し御馬の乗り込みを行い、御城御厩当番を勤め、平日は御厩別当並びに御供をも務めたことにより、あわせて五人扶持を下賜された。なお馬術に精を出して稽古に励み、今後は御馬方支配として心得るよう仰せ付けられた件
一、明和五年子年二月 十人扶持を下賜され、召し出されて席は小番の上に仰せ付けられた件
一、同年三月 御供として勤番で江戸表へ上り、同年十月に下向した
ただし陣中において滞りなく勤務したことにより、銀七匁を下賜された件
一、明和六年丑年六月 病気で臥せっていたところ、快気するまで勤番を御免になったので、ゆっくりと養生して長く御奉公するよう内々に仰せ出された件
