一同十三子年六月御城内始所々御修
覆其外御宮御葺替御入部御設迄三ヶ年
引通大振成御普請御入方減之儀細ニ及
吟味宜御普請方取斗仕癖相改候ニ付而ハ
踏込精出相勤功作も有之候ニ付格別之
訳を以席御賄頭之上被 仰付候事
一同十四丑年十月御城石垣数ヶ所御修
補御櫓建替抔大振成義ニ有之去々年中
天神口石垣其外急之御普請御用精力
を盡し相勤御入方を始諸事宜及吟味
〆リ筋とも行届旦自身働をも仕勤労致
候ニ付橋格別之訳を以御役料之内三石壱人
扶持御加増ニ御直被下置候事

御普請力を尽相勤御入方を始凡而宜及
吟味自身働をもいたし古河御茶《見せ消ち：普｜茶》屋新
建御用共出精相勤〆り筋も行届格別

現代語訳
一、同十三年子年六月、御城内をはじめ所々御修復その他御宮御葺替、御入部御設営まで三ヶ年引き通しの大規模な御普請で、御入用減少の儀を細かに吟味し、良き御普請方取り計らいを仕り、癖を相改めたについては、踏み込んで精を出して相勤め、功績もあったにより、格別の訳を以て席を御賄頭の上に仰せ付けられたこと
一、同十四年丑年十月、御城石垣数ヶ所御修補、御櫓建替など大規模な儀であり、去々年中天神口石垣その外急の御普請御用に精力を尽くして相勤め、御入用をはじめ諸事よく吟味に及び、締りすじとも行き届き、かつ自身働きをも仕り勤労したにより、格別の訳を以て御役料の内三石一人扶持の御加増を御直に下し置かれたこと
一、文政元年寅年十二月、会所新建急の御普請に力を尽くして相勤め、御入用をはじめ凡て宜しく吟味に及び、自身働きをもいたし、古河御茶屋新建御用ともに出精相勤め、締りすじも行き届き、格別な勤め方の者に相聞こえたにより、別段の訳を以て御近習定寄合席を成し下されたこと

Bunka 13 (1816), year of the rat, 6th month: For the major construction work spanning three years, including repairs at various locations starting with the castle interior, shrine roof replacement, and preparations for the lord's entry, he conducted detailed investigations into cost reduction measures and implemented proper construction management procedures, correcting previous bad practices. Due to his proactive and diligent service with notable achievements, he was specially promoted to a position above the head of provisions (o-makanai-gashira)
1. Bunka 14 (1817), year of the ox, 10th month: For major works including repairs to multiple sections of the castle stone walls and turret reconstruction, and particularly for his dedicated service during the urgent construction of the Tenjin-guchi stone walls and other emergency construction projects in the previous years, he conducted thorough investigations of expenses and all related matters, maintained proper fiscal discipline, and personally engaged in the work with great effort. For this, he was specially granted a direct increase of three koku and one person's food allowance to his stipend

Bunpō 1 (1818), year of the tiger, 12th month: He worked diligently on the urgent construction of a new meeting hall (kaisho), conducted proper investigations of all expenses and matters, engaged personally in the work, and also worked diligently on the construction of the new Furukawa tea house. His fiscal management was exemplary, and he was recognized as someone with exceptionally dedicated service. For this special reason, he was granted a regular seat among the close attendants (go-kinshū)
