　由ニ付為御褒美金百疋被下置候事

一同年十二月芝御屋敷御類焼ニ付才判金出

一同十一未年五月数年出精相勤且町方
　取扱之筋を始品々臨時之計筋宜取計候ニ付御
　切符金弐両壱分を石切符四石五斗ニ御直御役

現代語訳

由につき御褒美として金百疋を下し置かれ候事

一、同年十一月、二両一分の御役料を下し置かれ、物書本役を仰せ付けられ候事

一、同三年亥年五月、寺社方下役定仮役を仰せ付けられ、年割を成し下され候事

一、同五年丑年九月、湯川御普請につき町方より罷り出候人足を召し連れ罷り出て、精励よく取り計らい候につき御酒を下し置かれ候事

一、同六年寅年十一月、精勤なる者の由につき寺社方下役ならびに町役所金銭受払役人兼務を仰せ付けられ、御通御目見を仰せ付けられ候事

一、同七年卯年正月、御貸方懸り勤を仰せ付けられ候事

一、同年十二月、芝御屋敷御類焼につき才判金を精励して取り計らいし段、御称美を成し下され候事

一、同八年辰年三月、数年精励して相勤め諸事をよく取り計らい候につき、御褒美として銀五両を下し置かれ候事

一、同九年巳年六月、吟味役仮役を仰せ付けられ候事

一、同十一年未年五月、数年精励して相勤め、かつ町方取扱いの筋を始め品々臨時の計らいの筋をよく取り計らい候につき、御切符金二両一分を石切符四石五斗に御直し、御役料金二両一分を四石五斗御役料に御直しを下し置かれ候事
